All orders with any preordered item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for pre-order arrival, unless otherwise specified. If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select one of the Express-shipping methods. Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed. If a package is undeliverable the customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. Please note that shipping fees for unclaimed packages will not be refunded. If a package status shows delivered and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer to the designated carrier.
CUSTOM IMPORT DUTIES
NATURAL BODY CARE is not responsible for any customs or import duties that apply to international shipments. If you decline to pay the customs or duty fees and the package is returned to us the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and we will issue the remaining balance as ‘Store Credit’ (No refunds will be issued).
TRACKING
Natural Body Care is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please refer to the links we send to you for tracking information.
AVAILABILITY
Any obligation on our part to fulfil orders is subject to availability of the respective article(s), i.e. delivery is executed only as long as the particular article you have ordered is in stock. If delivery is not possible or only at a later date, we will inform you and you have the option to decide if you wish to wait until the item is back in stock or receive a refund of any advance payments made.
BACKORDERS
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update you by e-mail with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable period of time, please contact us at:

DELIVERY DATES
The indicated delivery dates serve as a guideline only and are not binding. Deliveries are usually made within 5 to 10 business days if the item is in stock, but international shipments to certain destinations can take up to 15 business days. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
PAYMENT SERVICE
All prices quoted include the legal VAT. All prices are quoted in the order confirmation and are due for payment when the order is placed.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
We reserve ownership of any products bought until the product in question and all other articles from the same shipment have been paid for in full.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene & intimate products) all of our products are excluded from the return privilege, unless the product was received damaged or broken. Please make all claims in writing within 14 days after receiving the product, in order to guarantee a replacement. Please report all product defaults to: customerservice@secret-ceres.com
WARRANTY
Please report any packaging defects immediately to the delivery agent. Product defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. Generally, you may claim rectification. If this fails, you may choose between rescission from the contract or reduction of the purchase price and damage compensation as far as permitted by law. If no replacement article is available, we are released from the obligation to deliver. In such cases, we are obliged to inform you without delay and to return any payments you have already made. Legal warranty terms apply, excluding damage resulting from wear and tear, lack of care or inappropriate handling of the object. Due to the composition and the nature of the ingredients the Secret Ceres is very fragile and must be handled with appropriate care.
